Each client is unique with their bodies and their goals and I'm excited to root for you and your progress through one of my programs.
No, you do not need to have a gym membership as I program workouts for both in the gym and at home. All you need area few small items to get started.
No. If you want to do in person personal training then of course yes, but I have clients all over the country and that's what has made online coaching so amazing. I get to help women without the barrier of location. "Trainer in my pocket" I like to call it.
