Welcome! I'm so glad you are here! My name is Jami, and I have over 15 years experience as a coach. My fitness journey, career, and the opportunity to inspire others all began with a leap of faith and self-belief, even when others doubted me.

Despite facing setbacks, I discovered my true passion in sharing the fitness lifestyle, demonstrating that purpose can emerge unexpectedly.

Life has taught me resilience and that anything can be achieved through hard work.

If I can do it, so can you!

To pursue my dreams, I gave up 2 college degrees & a very safe & comfortable teaching career. I jumped all in full of heart, but no experience. I was tested, challenged, rejected, but I NEVER gave up!

Here’s a crucial message: Embrace failure without fear. Staying humble and open transforms failure into a gift that builds character, perseverance, grace, and grit—traits of a true champion.

If you think it’s too late or doubt your abilities, I've been there. Trapped in negative thinking, I realized I had a choice: let the past define me or use it to create a better future.

And guess what? If I can do it, so can you!

By turning my past into motivation, I evolved into a strong, confident woman. Embracing my goals, I built fitness community that has transformed thousands of lives, and I’m forever grateful for that.

I believe that daring to dream and being yourself, with trust in our Lord and keeping faith, makes anything possible. You can't change yesterday, but you can make better choices today.

I understand your struggles, as my own fitness journey began after 2 of my 3 children, from very humble origins. There was a time when I doubted my worth and potential, especially after my 3rd baby, feeling insecure and doubtful because my life seemed far from perfect. However, HAVING THE LIFE YOU DESIRE IS POSSIBLE: it starts with small victories. By building on these small wins, you can boost your self-confidence and apply it to all areas of your life, paving the way to achieving your dreams.
